Syntacore, a founding member of the RISC-V Foundation and IP and tools specialist, announces its new 32-bit low-power, high-performance, area-optimized SCR4 processor core with floating-point arithmetic functionality.

- In-order 3–5 stage pipeline with branch prediction
- Speed/area optimized hardware multiplier/divider
- Single/double-precision FPU, IEEE 754-2008 compliant
- User and machine privilege modes
- Memory subsystem with a TCM unit, L1 cache with ECC/parity check
- Configurable MPU up to 32 regions
- Interrupt subsystem, featuring the IPIC unit
- AHB, AXI4, JTAG interfaces support
- Advanced debug controller with JTAG interface
- Hardware triggers support
Available off-the-shelf in standard configurations, SCR4 comes with a ready-to-use set of pre-built and SCR4-optimized development tools.
