Syntacore, a founding member of the RISC-V Foundation and IP and tools specialist, announces its new 32-bit low-power, high-performance, area-optimized SCR4 processor core with floating-point arithmetic functionality.

  • Memory subsystem with a TCM unit, L1 cache with ECC/parity check
  • Configurable MPU up to 32 regions
  • Interrupt subsystem, featuring the IPIC unit

Available off-the-shelf in standard configurations, SCR4 comes with a ready-to-use set of pre-built and SCR4-optimized development tools.
