Syntacore Secures HPC Design Win
Syntacore, a RISC-V IP and tools specialist, secured its first high-performance computing (HPC) contract, signing a landmark contract with an EMEA customer. The deal features a heterogeneous cluster combining SCR4 and SCR7 cores, engineered to deliver high efficiency for demanding HPC workloads.
The client's selection was driven by exceptional compute performance meeting HPC standards, along with heavy IP, interconnect, and toolchain customization (including custom instructions, ISA extensions, and compiler optimizations). Additional decisive factor was Syntacore's proven long-term support model with guaranteed software update cycles.
