Syntacore, a RISC-V IP and tools specialist, signed a license contract with an industrial customer in the EMEA region.

The customer selected the silicon-proven SCR5 core as the ideal solution for its area efficiency, high-performance compute capabilities enabled by L1/L2 caches and full Linux/BSP support. Key decision drivers also included the core’s proven reliability in industrial applications, and architectural flexibility to meet evolving standards. Additionally, Syntacore’s commitment to long-term support and consistent software updates played a decisive role in securing this design win.
